Maison La Conquête de Sherbrooke / Maisons Martin-Matte Network
This housing resource accommodates ten residents living with a head injury or a physical disability or with the after-effects of a stroke. The services it offers meet the needs of residents who want to develop their independence. It is located in a residential area near public services, including a grocery store, public transit, and a shopping centre.
This residence was designed to foster the autonomy of residents, both by having services nearby and through the support they are offered, to enable them to use their abilities daily, to maintain or develop their integration to the community, and to live in a motivating environment. The Maison La Conquête is served by the CISSS de l’Estrie-CHUS.
