Résidence Le Tremplin de St-Prosper / Maisons Martin-Matte Network

This housing project was initiated by the Résidence Le Tremplin corporation and supported by the Martin-Matte Foundation.

 It offers a total of 16 supervised housing units for people living with a head injury and people aged 65 and older with a physical impairment. These people, who were living primarily in long-term care facilities (CHSLD) before this residence was built, have had the chance to shift to a much more vibrant, comfortable life that meets their needs, giving them the feeling of living at home.
